“to whom it may concern” is a visual letter my deceased Lebanese relatives. As told to me, Lebanon is most simply in a time between wars. The images speak to an emotional state of the country. Ambiguity, doubt, hope, joy and fatigue. There is an idea of what life is like in Lebanon today, set against the backdrop of the 2019 political uprising, as well as 2020 Beirut Port explosion.
